Another "almost a year later" entry. I'm not sure how I do this.

Took some awesome photos of my friend Nicki today. Never did almost any portraiture before, but this was pretty fun. Uploading a couple pics tonight.

I'd be shocked to find that anyone still reads this. It's been almost a year since updated. More importantly, it's been two years since the big trip. Holy wow I want to be going on another one of those. It hit me last year at about the same time, but this year I am feeling it BAD. I need to get out into the woods and have a few days of nature time. Definitely need to go camping.

Ok so obviously I haven't been uploading photos. I'm still lazy. But I PROMISE I will upload some more this week. I swear it.

P.S. I'm not actually bored hungry or thirsty.

So it turns out I'm lazy. I know a lot of you are shocked and probably a little let down by your mentor/role model, but remember that I'm human too.

Well, do you all know what this day is? It's the 11th. Actually, I know it's not. Just indulge me, I want to write this now. One year ago today I left for Houston Texas and eventually 27 National Parks and Monuments. Probably (almost certainly) the best and most influential trip of my life. Every time I see one of my photos I think of being out there with my friends and how awesome it was.

I don't know if it's because my hobby has begun to shift into cars now, or if it really is just laziness, but I haven't been turning a lot of photos in lately. And though be I lazy, I yet churn with ambition.. of sorts. To look like I'm busy I'm going to submit more photos from my trip last summer throughout this summer. I could easily submit 1 a day for every day I was on my trip, but I'll try to keep it down and choose the best.





Man.. I really wish I was going again.

So I mighta bought a car.

OK I DID! I'm so excited about it! It's a '91 Audi Coupe Quattro. Really rare in the states (only 1700 over 5 years) and very awesome. My first car so it's gonna get a lot of love and probably a lot of abuse, but I'll do my best to be gentle with it and make sure it gets some exercise now and then. hehe. Expect a few pictures. There's one of the rear window design up already. My new fav for sure.
